For over 40 years, ICR Real Estate Services has managed single family and multifamily properties throughout the metro area.  From large out of state hedge fund portfolios to the small local investor with one or two homes, we provide quality property management services to include rent collection, maintenance, leasing and whole house renovation projects.

At the present time we are only managing Johnson and Wyandotte County properties.

What Is Included?

  • 5% of the monthly rent

    Includes property onboarding, owner reports, posting notices, rent collection, lease enforcement, and vacancy management

  • 50% of the first months rent.

    Includes rent analysis, ad postings, showing the property, screening of potential tenants, lease signing, and making sure your new tenant has the utilities turned on in their name.

  • We do not charge a renewal fee

  • $75 for the first two hours. $45/hour after.

    Jobs over $250 require approval from the property owner
